Parental Policies

Parents will be notified in writing of any price increases, changes in our operational policies or enrollment agreement, and also any illness notice, menu change or other pertinent information the parent needs. All policy changes will be supplied to the parents or guardian in writing 30 days prior to enacting the changes. The parents will be able to pick up their child’s daily lesson plans, class work and daily activities from the individual classrooms.

The child care center encourages parents to visit the Center at any time to inspect the facilities. Parents are encouraged to view their child’s classroom activities through the one-way window. Parents are allowed to participate in classroom parties; however, we do not encourage the parents to stay in the classrooms for long periods of time because it disrupts the flow and the completion of the curriculum.

If parents would like to visit with their child’s teacher or one of the management staff or the owner, they can call and make an appointment or do so in person by setting up a mutually convenient time for a conference.

If parents wish to review minimum standards, licensing reports or inspections, they may schedule a meeting with the Director or Assistant Director at the parent’s convenience. The receptionist will have a copy of the most recent minimum standards and licensing reports, which will be provided to any parent upon request. The receptionist will also have available the instructions on how a parent may contact the local licensing office, PRS child abuse hotline and PRS website.
